Its 24 cm width forms a narrow strip in the center of the table, while the openwork patterns, fringes, and various beige, white, or black versions add texture. The available sizes range from 100 to 300 cm in length, with many intermediate options: 120, 140, 160, 180, 200, 220, 240, and 275 cm. For a 160 cm table, a 160 or 180 cm size provides a fairly compact fit. A 200 cm size provides an overhang of about 20 cm on each side. A series of candles, two small vases, or a branch placed along the axis keep the design visible.
