We want you to be satisfied with your order. If you wish to return an item, the arrangements below apply.
Right of withdrawal
Under the legislation applicable to distance sales, you have 14 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, subject to the exceptions provided by law.

Sale or promotional products
Products on sale, discounted or purchased as part of a promotion benefit from the same return and refund conditions as other products.
A reduced sale price alone does not remove the statutory right of withdrawal.
Return conditions
Except in the case of a defect or lack of conformity, returned items must be in a condition that allows them to be inspected and, where appropriate, offered for sale again.
Where possible, they should be returned with their accessories, original components and associated packaging.
We strongly recommend using tracked shipping and keeping proof of postage until your return has been fully processed.
Return shipping costs for a change of mind
When a return results, in particular, from:

the customer remains responsible for return shipping costs.
Defective, damaged or non-conforming products

Maison Orea covers the return shipping costs needed to resolve the situation.

Do not automatically return your product to the administrative address shown in the Legal Notice.
The return address may vary according to the order and the logistics partner used.
Always contact us before shipping to obtain the address and instructions appropriate to your order.
Refunds
Once the returned product has been received, we inspect it.
When a refund is accepted, it is issued to the payment method used for the order, within the applicable statutory time limits.
The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may then depend on your bank or payment provider.
Exchanges
If you wish to replace a product with another size, colour or variant, contact us so we can advise you on the most suitable solution.
